My Personal Brush with COVID-19

I want to share a video message with you on my own personal--and very recent--experience with Covid-19. I am asking you all to forward to anyone you feel would benefit from this message.

Mecklenburg County's Covid-19 numbers are going in the wrong direction and we will soon see a surge in numbers from the July 4th weekend. Let us all please take extra precautions and remember others by wearing masks and practicing social distancing when possible.

Mecklenburg County is now requiring masks in parks when social distancing is impossible (for example, there are places on the Sugar Creek Greenway that are 4-6 feet wide). Please take everyone into account when visiting our parks and greenways. 

We need to particularly impress upon our youth to become accustomed to adhering to these guidelines. We all want to see the school year start safely.
